Rules and requirements for content

1. The User agrees to comply with the rules and requirements for Content (media files, embedded content, links and texts) set out below:

1.1. Adult Content

The content should be suitable for visitors of all ages, including minors. If you embed Content that can be regarded as adult materials (for example: people in clothes that poorly hide intimate organs), you need to set a label for confidential content.

1.2. Incitement to hatred

The content does not incite hatred or violence or discriminate against individuals and groups based on race, skin color, national origin, religious beliefs, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or health status.

1.3. Election fraud

The content will not interfere with your local/national electoral process, which includes misleading the public about where and how to participate, or who can participate, as well as selling or attempting to sell your voting rights.

1.4. Illegal goods and services

The Content is not used to advertise or promote the sale of regulated or illegal goods or services, including (but not limited to):

  • Alcohol
  • Drugs
  • Weapon
  • Weapon schematics
  • Body parts (including biological fluids, blood, etc.)
  • Proposals for adoption / surrogacy
  • Fakes
  • Goods under embargo
  • Endangered or protected species of animals and plants or parts thereof
  • Regulated plants, insects, animals
  • Fireworks and explosives
  • Hazardous/toxic materials
  • Identity documents
  • Personal information or mailing lists
  • Recalled products
  • Stolen items
  • Tobacco products, incl. electronic cigarettes
  • Gambling
  • Human trafficking or prostitution

The Site may not be used to promote or facilitate any form of illegal activity, including the sale of illegal goods or services.

1.5. Spam and Fraud

It is prohibited to use the Site to send spam or deceive visitors, including links to external sites that may collect personal information under false pretenses.

1.6. Harassment

It is prohibited to use the Site with the intent to intimidate, harass, threaten or intimidate.

1.7. Extremist/terrorist content

It is prohibited to use the Site for advertising, propaganda, praise or fundraising for extremist groups or their activities.

1.8. Child harm

It is prohibited to post Content that harms minors or supports harming minors, including: materials about sexual abuse of children, harassment of minors and images of minors in an inappropriate context.

1.9. Self-harm

It is forbidden to post content that promotes or idealizes suicide, self-mutilation, digestive disorders or potentially dangerous treatments.

1.10. Shocking or violent content

It is prohibited to post content intended to disrupt the mental state of visitors, containing blood, mutilation, excessive or physical violence, etc.

1.11. Copyright and Trademarks

It is prohibited to post content that violates the intellectual property rights of people and companies (including copyrights, trademarks and patents).

1.12. Confidential data

It is prohibited to post content that discloses personal information of other persons, as well as the collection of identifying information without a proper legal basis (including IP addresses) or disclose private Content without the consent of a person.

1.13. Disinformation

It is forbidden to create pages posing as other people or organizations. It is prohibited to post Content that is false, inaccurate or intended to misinform others.

2. The Contractor has the right to refuse to place links to competing services and sites (including communities of competing services / sites).

Facebook Instagram, WhatsApp, etc. 3. It is also not allowed to post links to resources blocked for posting by Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp).

4. If any Content, in the opinion of the Contractor, violates the rules and requirements for Content (media files, embedded content, links and texts), the Contractor has the right to delete any information and materials posted by the User on the Site, or block the page completely, without prior notice to the User. Refund of payment in case of violation of the rules and requirements for the Content is not made.
